Do you only work with North Idaho plants?
Our home base is Sandpoint, Idaho. We also work with corrugated and folding carton manufacturers across the Mountain West and Midwest — by video and on-site when a visit makes sense.
Is this a packaged MES product?
No. We support reporting, quoting, ERP implementation, integrations, and plant IT around how your plant already runs. We do not sell a one-size MES or invent ROI claims.
What does “AI-enabled” mean here?
Practical use of modern tools on top of solid plant data — better reporting, less manual re-entry, and workflows that keep up with how you actually convert. Not buzzwords for their own sake.
Do you replace our ERP?
Usually no. We integrate with what you already use (including Encore-style systems) and fill the gaps — quoting, reporting, plant IT — so you get value without a rip-and-replace. When a niche corrugated ERP is the right path, we implement and support it.
Do you only integrate, or implement ERP?
Both. We implement niche corrugated ERP systems when that’s the right path, and we integrate Encore-style and other plant systems when you keep what you have.
